Tasks:
-understanding the specification
-filling up the project ID and curriculum forms
-configure the system as per requirement
-prepare the costing
-prepare technical schedules and write-ups
-prepare and complete technical and commercial offer
-conclude with management on final margins and discounts
-follow up with customers for upcoming/submitted tenders
-update and maintain the offer database
-customer correspondence & clarification
-do follow-ups for the purchase order and contract
-hand over the project to the engineering department for execution
-system presentations to prospective customers
-understand the features (highlights/weaknesss)of competitor systems
-participate in exhibitions, trade-fairs
-understand the upcoming technogogies, product features.
Responsibilities:
-be aware of upcoming tenders
-get tender documents in time
-make early decision whether to quote or not
-preparation of quotation in time
-make complete and comprehensive quotations
-make necessary technical clarifications with engineers in time
-find the best commercial solution with technical compliance
-follow up with customers on upcoming / submittecd tenders
-finalization of all contracted matters before handing over the project to the engineering department

Responsibility:
- Assist in recruitment and selection procedures, such as co-ordinating with recruitment websites, arrangement of interviews, follow up with offering process, and etc.
- Work with department managers to develop hiring plans and ensure that staffing targets are achieved;
- Update and maintain the Personnel File system and HR Data Base;
- Support the implementation process of performance management ;
- Evaluate and analyze job analyses, provide input on job descriptions;
- Assist in the logistics support for successful training program delivery;
- Supervise and monitor C&B process and data to enusre accurate and punctual payroll.
- Coach team members to ensure efficient HR target fulfillment;
- Identify legal requirements, government regulations and company strategies affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures are in compliance.
Requirement:
3-5years experience in foreign company, familiar with HR functions includes C&B&recruiting
- Skilled management, can coordinate with HR manager to lead other members
- Willing to work in a plant enviornment
- Be faithful to the company
